Glass earns its place on a kitchen scale for one reason: it is a single sealed sheet. Flour dust, syrup and egg white sit on top of it and wipe off it, with no seam to work into and no texture to hold a smell. The Arti puts that sheet over a 15-pound load cell in a body three quarters of an inch tall, which is thin enough to slide upright into the gap beside a cookbook shelf.
The choice inside the line is capacity and face. Seven finishes carry the standard 15-pound platform, from shiny silver to blue mirage to classic teal; one wears bamboo over the glass, and the ArtiXL stretches the same idea to a 22-pound ceiling for stockpots and dutch ovens that put a plain 11-pound scale over its limit before the first ingredient lands. Several faces also run a nutrition display, reading out what the weight means rather than only what it is.
