What we can settle

Anything in the catalog. Whether the scale you are looking at reads in half-grams or whole. Which thermometer clips to a pot of oil and which one stays in a roast with the oven shut. Whether a 400 lb platform and a 562 lb platform differ in anything besides the ceiling. How long the probe is, how loud the timer is, what the pack count actually contains.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the box in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it and say what changed.

What belongs to the shop

Orders, delivery windows, damaged parcels, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.

How long we take

A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music. People read this mailbox between other work.
